Complaints & Whistle-Blowing

SV Academy is committed to providing a high-quality education and experience to all students. However, we understand that there may be times when students or their families may have concerns or complaints about our school. We take all concerns and complaints seriously and have procedures in place to address them.

Our Complaints Policy outlines our procedures for dealing with complaints from students or their families. We encourage students and their families to speak to us as soon as possible if they have concerns, as this can often help to resolve issues quickly and informally. If the concern or complaint cannot be resolved informally, the formal complaints procedure will be followed.

In addition to our Complaints Policy, we also have a Whistleblowing Policy, which outlines how concerns about malpractice or wrongdoing can be reported in confidence. This policy is in place to ensure that any concerns raised are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

At SV Academy, we are committed to ensuring that all concerns and complaints are dealt with promptly, fairly, and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
